Vampirella #54 - The final issue?

Vampirella is one K.G. Murray series which has flown under my radar until very recently.

I don't have too much to say about it yet (other than there's some very good non-Vampirella back-up horror stories in the issues I've browsed through), but I would like to ask if anyone knows of any issues later than #54 in this series, or indeed of any other Australian editions or series.

I've learnt something here as I always thought it only #52. This is a great series and better than the Warren series as the back up stories are great . But for me, as with all 70's horror comix it is the covers that I love.

I'm glad to see someone else who didn't realise it went up to 54. Spiros and I were talking about this recently and I was surprised by the additional issues. Perhaps the last few were very poorly distributed.

Spiros -- if you are taking to the back up stories in Vampirella, it might be time to check out those other Warren series, Creepy and Eerie. I prefer Eerie myself, which had more fantasy and science fiction short series, but I suspect Creepy might be more your cup of tea. Plenty of short one-off horror fiction in each, though.
